Most orders are processed within 48 hours of placement. An e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to the buyer after an order is placed. BargainAnime.com ships all domestic orders via US Postal Service.

BargainAnime.com does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages, so PLEASE be sure to arrange to be at home to accept your package, or have it delivered to a secure location.

CANADA SHIPPING POLICY

BargainAnime.com ships all Canada orders via USPS Air Mail or USPS Global Priority Mail. USPS Air Mail is a First Class shipping option and USPS Global Priority Mail is a USPS Priority shipping option.

Our online order system will automatically calculate the shipping fee. For Canada orders, we provide USPS Air Mail and USPS Global Priority Mail. Please be advised that shipping rates will vary and we can not guarantee an on time delivery due to Canadian customs.

OUR RETURN POLICY: Defective or Damaged products - will be replaced immediately (subject to availability), however, be sure to e-mail us that the package the item was shipped in was not damaged in transit. We have one of the best defective merchandise return/exchange policies in the business! Any defective or damaged product can be returned to our customer service address listed above. Note: Any none defective DVDs will not be exchanged or refunded once it is opened from the original packaging due to DVDs are treated as computer software.

You MUST notify us within 10 days after the receipt of a defective item in order to qualify for a return for replacement or credit.

Please include all of the details of your order and problem with the product in your return or defective replacement request. This will help expedite your request. Please specify if your order was damaged by the carrier when it was delivered as we will need to file an insurance claim with the carrier for the damaged goods.
